Your first Holistic Nutritional Consultation includes completion of a comprehensive health questionnaire that will be assessed by our nutritionist, Michele Johnson, for personalized recommendations. This questionnaire includes a review of your daily habits, including diet, sleep patterns, and emotional and physical symptoms. These factors will be incorporated into a comprehensive treatment plan to empower your healthy transformation.

Homeopathic Weight Loss Program
For weight loss needs over 25 pounds, our nutritionist will customize a wellness package to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Programs we typically recommend are Homeopathic HCG, the Blood Type Diet or a balanced nutritional plan. All programs include a Vibrational Therapy exercise program.

Iridology
The iris displays patterns which indicate inherited strengths and weaknesses in our physical and emotional body. Iridology is the practice of analyzing the coloration and composition of the iris to determine indicators related to health and well-being. An Iridology session includes a one-on-one consultation with our Iridologist plus recommendations based on the evaluation.

Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of healing that can benefit anyone! It is a process of balancing life energies that allows for a calming release of physical and emotional stress. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Cori Godoy is a Certified Reiki Master who has studied Holistic Nutrition for 12 years and has served as whole body wellness practitioner for the past three years. Her focus includes physical, emotional and spiritual aspects with various body assessments and recommended nutritional balance.
